What Information We Collect
We may collect information that you choose to provide to us, including your name, phone number, email address, and order details. We may also receive information you provide when you contact us about catering, pickup, Shabbos orders, promotions, or other services.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, process and coordinate orders, provide pickup and catering updates, communicate about requested services, improve our customer experience, and, when you have opted in, send text messages about specials and promotions.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We do not sell, rent, transfer, or share your mobile number, SMS consent records, or related personal information with third parties or affiliates for their advertising, marketing, or promotional use. We disclose this information to service providers, such as our messaging platform and telecommunications carriers, only as needed to operate and deliver our text messaging program. They are not authorized to use it for their own marketing.
